Serves as Managing Broker for Wolf Group Properties, LLC specializing in brokerage and ownership in commercial investment properties both in his home market of Dallas/ Fort Worth and his adopted home of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Wolf has more than twenty years of industry experience. We are proud of our involvement in developing “Rudy’s BBQ and Country Store” in Frisco, Arlington, and Allen Texas. Wolf also co-developed the awarding winning Chinese restaurant, Te Kei’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Wolf spent 2007 thru 2009 as a broker with Sperry Van Ness as an investment counselor. Before establishing an independent brokerage firm, Wolf served as marketing director for Bumgarner Asset Management, LLC. During his six years with BAMCO, Wolf actively managed and marketed several development projects including Utica Place, a 150,000SF class “A” mixed use project in Tulsa. Wolf served as asset managed for the Comanche Business Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a 131,700 square foot industrial/flex multi-tenant property.
